Another new YMCA program is being offered in the Health and Fitness Department. "RESOLVED AND READY" PERSONAL TRAINING.
A one on one, five week program, that focuses the four key areas of fitness: 1. body comp assessments, nutrition plan, strength training plan and cardiovascular training.
Our very own Shannon Gawronski took advantage of our closure during the pandemic and continued with her Fitness training, education and certifications. During this time, Shannon obtained her Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), adding to her already ACE Certified Personal Trainer Certification and is ready to spend time with you individually and get you "Resolved and Ready" and on a Fitness Journey for you.
