Get Real Results Fitness Challenge

The "Get Real Results" Fitness Challenge is a ten week fitness and nutrition "challenge" to get participants real and lasting results.  The challenge for every participant is to fill out weekly score sheets that track their activity/exercise as well as their dietary choices.  The score sheets are easy to understand and fun to use.  Each type of activity has a point value attached to them, and a point system is also used to help participants eat optimally.  The more points a participant gets each week indicates their progress towards more exercise and healthier nutritional choices whice becomes evident with individual body composition reviews during the duration of the challenge.

Originating in Russia, a kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. It provides one of the best leg workouts possible. In addition, kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
