Russ specializes in teaching decision making, compassion, community involvement, leadership skills and creating successful teams for mission success. Once retired, Russ made a personal decision to give back to his communities through service and is passionate about coaching. Russ found himself in Upstate New York with his wife as she took a position with the Colgate University Swimming and Diving teams. Russ has been coaching for SE for three years now. Coach Cutting is looking forward to bringing teamwork, trust, discipline, and passion to our Dolphins Swim Program! Our Senior swimmers will have the opportunity to implement dry land training during the season with the expertise of Shannon Gawronski, YMCA Health and Fitness Director. Although this will not be mandatory, we have found that cross training does provide a more well rounded and prepared swimmer. |
