The Norwich Family YMCA
offers a variety of party options
to make your child’s next
birthday or special occasion a
memorable event. Descriptions
of the different types of parties
are outlined below.
Once you have decided on your party
package, fill out the Rental Application form to note your
choices and bring the completed form
in to the YMCA Front Desk. A staff
member will then help you choose a
date and time for your party. At that
time, you will be required to pay the
fee in full to hold your party spot and
you will be given your party invitations.
Fees for any additional guests
must be paid on or before the day of
the party.
Basic
The Basic Party includes your party spot for one
hour, one hour in the Community Room, invitations
and “Thank You” cards.
Party Plus
The Party Plus includes your party spot for one
hour, one hour in the Community Room, invitations, “Thank You” cards and balloons, birthday ice
cream cake, plates, forks and napkins. |

| Our Community Room is a large open space for
parties of all kinds. If you would like to have a DJ
for your party this spot gives you lots of room to
dance. One hour of party time in the Community
Room is included with the rental price. You may
also book back to back time slots if you choose to
have a longer party. Party times are available
Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Party packages available by special request only for
this party spot. Prices are based on Community
Room only.

Our Gymnasium option gives you one court in the
gym area for a one hour time period. This option is
available only when space permits.

| Our Kid’s Gym is a state-of-the-art soft play system
located just off the Main Lobby area. The Kid’s
Gym features several elements of play, including
two slides, a roller slide, cargo climb, tumble tube,
toddler area and more! The Kid’s Gym party is
suitable for all ages.Your party includes one hour
just for your guests in the Kid’s Gym and one hour
in the Community Room where you can eat cake
and open presents. Party times are available on
nights and weekends.
All Kid’s Gym party prices include up to 15
children at the party. Charges for additional
guests will follow the guidelines below.

A Pool Party at the Norwich Family YMCA includes
one hour in our pool, supervised by one of our
certified lifeguards. When you’re done swimming
your party moves into the Community Room for an
hour where you may eat cake and open presents.
Party times are available on nights and weekends.
All Pool Party prices are for parties including
up to 15 children. Charges for additional guests
will follow the guidelines below.

If you have a club or group that would like to have
the YMCA to them for a night, the Overnighter is
the ticket. You have the YMCA from 9 p.m. Saturday
through 7 a.m. Sunday. Two hours swimming time
and a staff member all night are included.
Party packages are not available for this request.
Prices include pool time for two hours, gymnasium
and Community Room.
Members – $250 per night
